Algeria holds the highest number of slots from the Africa boxing qualifiers for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games.
The Africa qualifiers, held in Dakar, Senegal, had a total of 33 available slots, with 22 for the men and 11 for women.
Algeria nabbed seven slots, the highest from the continent for the Olympic Games.
They were followed by Morocco with six slots; Cameroon and Zambia picked three slots each with Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique and Tunisia grabbing two slots each.
Bostwana, Egypt, DR Congo, Mauritius, Namibia and Uganda had a slot each.
Boxers who failed to qualify for the Olympics can attempt to do so at the qualifying event held in Paris, France from May 13-20. That event includes competitors from all over the world.
