Lightweight contender Michael Ansah is expected to face Scotland’s Nathan Beattie in late March.
Ansah (31-10, 11 KOs) last fought in December, winning a minor title when fellow Ghanaian Benjamin Lamptey refused to come out for the 10th round.
In Ansah’s prior bout, last October, he was disqualified in the fourth round for excessive hitting on the break versus heavy favorite Terry Flanagan.
Beattie (13-4, 9 KOs) represents a significant step down from either. Stay tuned for further details.
