EXODUS Boxing Academy has announced a K950,000-rich tournament slated for November 23 in Lusaka. The tournament slated for the Government Complex will have five international bouts and one local non-title fight.
The main bout of the night will be the World Boxing Federation (WBF) lightweight international title fight between champion Simon ‘Hitman’ Ngoma and challenger Sadicki Momba of Tanzania.
The biggest fight of the night will be the Women International Boxing Association [WIBA] world title bout between Zambia’s Lina Kasweka and Unathi Myekeni of South Africa.
Another 10-round international WIBA bout will be the super flyweight fight between defending champion Alice Mbewe and USA’s Naomi Bosques.
Sherif Kasongo, also of Exodus, will fight Limbani Masamba in a welterweight International non-title 12 rounds fight.
Violet Phiri will fight Asha Ngedere of Malawi in a non-title light welterweight international bout.
The last fight will pit Rodwell Ngulube of EBA versus Paul Ngoma of Evergreen in a welterweight international non-title fight.
