Fox Sports will be showcasing Africa’s top up and coming boxing talent on the 27th of June 2018 at Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom.
The event, the seventh in the Africa Boxing series will feature two WBA Pan African Title fights, broadcast live from the Zulu Kingdom.
The first bout sees South African Sikho “Sequence” Nqothole and Tanzanian Sunday Kiwale battle it out for the vacant WBA Pan African Super Flyweight title.
The second title fight will see another South African and Tanzanian combination, Ayanda “Greyhound” Nkosi (RSA) who will be looking to successfully defend his WBA Pan African Lightweight title against Cosmos Cheka (TZN).
Durban’s local boxing fraternity will enjoy seeing Chatsworth based big-hitter Marc Subramoney (RSA) taking on Justice Siliga (RSA) in a Heavyweight elimination bout.
Fox Sports, the global leader in premium sports broadcasting has seen an increasing interest in local boxing on the African continent. In its current focus for local content, FOX Sports will be producing Africa Boxing live monthly and will be broadcast across 22 countries in Africa, and distributed to more than 2 million Fox Sports subscribers across Africa.
